Since January 2020, Cordon Bleu has been offering customers in Malaysia the advantage to verify the authenticity of their purchase by registering the bottles they purchase in two steps: first, by scanning a QR code and providing the requested information, and second, by entering a special three-digit code found inside the cap after the
bottle has been opened.
Our goal is to develop a public awareness campaign that will persuade consumers to adopt the benefit of authenticating their purchases.
